Method
 

  1. No-Bake Classic Cheesecake Bars Crust: Crush 2 cups graham crackers. Mix with 6 tablespoons melted butter and 2 tablespoons sugar. Press into a lined 8x8 pan and chill 15 minutes.
  2. Filling: Beat 16 oz cream cheese with 1/2 cup powdered sugar until smooth. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup cold heavy cream; whip to medium peaks.
  3. Set: Spread over crust. Chill at least 4 hours. Top with berries or a drizzle of chocolate.
